It is unbelievably amazing how people would change their beliefs, align their perspectives with new ones they always refused, and shift their loyalty to gain some quick benefits in this life. In the world of business, some people adopt the notion “ends justify means” aggressively to an extent that might entail selling themselves to the devil. This is the ultimate product if we recall that they usually settle for short-term benefits in this life, on the expense of prolonged benefits in the unforeseen world of the hereafter. How would a manager pretend to be so friendly, loving and caring to somebody, and make believe after a while this person is no longer existent in his business? How could a manager treat a respectable resource like a king/queen and end up abusing the power and authority he has just for the sake of fulfilling his own desires whilst degrading this resource's mentality? Would you be a powerful resource who survives the crisis with him, move with him to his new operations’ HQ, and witness how dishonest and manipulating he is to his partners and employees, you would find yourself treated from his side very differently, as if you were expired, outdated or have gone obsolete. Unfortunately, when you discover the whole truth and assemble most pieces of the puzzle, you’ll be stuck in a spot where no returning to the starting point or progress towards promising non-dark areas can be done. Why is it bothering his resources that he’s climbing the ladder too fast, and taking different CXO roles, none of which corresponds to his very moderate non-professional skills and capabilities?

He; supposively a high profile manager, utilizes his resources and drains their energy until he fulfills his goal. Once the goal is achieved he searches for a more challenging goal to satisfy his endless greed and looks for substitute resources who will serve his new mission, either because the old resources are already familiar with his unhealthy (and fraudulent) way of conducting his operations, or because they might be an obstacle in the road of achieving his new mission.
The old resources, from their side, watch in a complete state of shock becoming more and more disgusted when they discover his fakeness as soon as he starts marginalizing them as if they don’t exist around him anymore!
Can anybody predict if this manager's empire would fall apart and collapse as if it was never established?
Not really, but most reasonable forecasts indicate he feeds from new investors and from the new resources’ eager, passion and dedication.
The man became a CXO in the first place by mistake, and overtook another CXO role later by coincidence.
Would the man be able to exploit new investors and resources and jump to another CXO role?
Only time would tell J.
