Remember when you intend to start your own business: “There is a way to do things and there is a better way to do things. Always find the better way”. Do not be satisfied by a niche. Avoiding competition will provide a small market for your growth, which is definitely temporary. Do not take a shortcut either by trying to excel or by doing something exceedingly well when the market is fragmented and not dominated by you and just few competitors. Just at once BREAKTHROUGH, after weighing the costs and benefits involved (RD&E costs vs. profits derived from the RD&E activities).
