It is quietly different when success is the ultimate stage of a bitter struggle and when it is drawn as a definite result of a focused plan. The end of struggle paralyzes the strugglers’ movement. On the other hand, those strugglers maintain the status quo as they are already very consumed in their struggle and believe they have already earned a quality rest with their sweat and nerves. In the latter case success stimulates subsequent strategies, tactics tailored to the specific situation and a continuous feedback on the objectives' achievement; which leads eventually to a greater success. In such a case, synergies are an inevitable outcome and an incentive for unique long-term focused competitive edges.
