Joint Initiative

It’s a joint initiative because I worked on it jointly with one of the finest and the very first bloggers I got to know even before I started blogging.

The idea came into being after ramadan, as a result of the condensed course of worship during the month in particular and it was expanded into a simple action plan prepared for the purpose of following up with the same rhythm of worship.

If carried out properly, the action plan would ensure an improvement in the course of our worshipping practices.

The action plan major focal is on prayers and certain types of worships. It is important to clarify that the plan does not mean we are ignoring worshipping in the very comprehensive meaning it stands for in Islam. In this comprehensive sense every legitimate deed or act (legitimate from the Islamic perspective) performed in a manner consistent with Islamic practices and with the underlying intention of this  deed or act being undertaken for the sake of obeying Allah and following Allah’s legislations is considered a worship.

Work, bending to remove harmless items from the street so others won’t get hurt, contacting the civil defense or the firefighting agency to inform of a fire that has not been reported yet or even patting on an orphan’s shoulder are few examples of continuous worships which expense is incomparable to the benefits and self tranquility it yields.

Please all feel free to download the evaluation table below and employ it for your perosnal use.

Feedback is required and encouraged to refine and strengthen the individual performance and to reap the best results of this process collectively.

Side Note: لا تنسونا من صالح دعائكم، أعاننا الله وإياكم على طاعته J
