Since Mr. Fadi K is allergic to milk, so this means that he can’t enjoy the bashamel recipe posted by the queen of bashamel. By the way caller; you should be very happy I called you this, because this title belongs to my mom in our family, loooooooooolllllllllllllllll. (This dish is suitable for vegetarian people and you can control the proportions of pasta and vegetables according to your personal preferences) Ingredients: Spaghetti noodles (thin) Water Olive oil Salt Black pepper All spice Brown sugar Mint leaves minced into small pieces Chicken broth Soy sauce Onions cut into the wings shape (jwane7 bel3arabi) Green pepper (hot) minced into small pieces Green pepper (sweet) cut into medium size cubes Zuchinni (kousa) chopped into medium size cubes Mushrooms minced into small pieces Green olives (cut each olive after removing its seed into 4 pieces) Shredded carrots (Optional) Preparation: - Boil water (add a tbs of olive oil and a pinch of salt), add noodles and boil them until done (Look up the instructions on the noodles pack for the duration) - Sauté vegetables (in a big heavy pan, use olive oil) starting with onions and ending with olives until done - Add chicken broth, black pepper and all spice to the vegetables mixture - Add soy sauce, minced mint and brown sugar. Add extra salt if not salty enough after adding the chicken broth and soy sauce (the taste has to be a sweet salty with a tendency towards sweetness) - Mix the vegetable mixture with noodles for a minutea and remove from heat - Serve hot - Note 1: you can add shredded carrots after the olives in order to add an extra color to the dish - Note2: you can substitute the brown sugar for the regular sugar - O sa7tain o 3afeyeh
